From the Circulation Department
Time to start thinking about putting your materials on reserve now at McWherter Library....

As the spring semester approaches, now is a great time to think about putting materials on reserve.  The Reserve Room is the best option if you want textbooks, sample tests, photocopies, videos, study guides, etc. to be available for student use.  If you have material(s) that you would like to put on reserve for the spring semester, I encourage you to bring them in as soon as possible.  Processing of material takes a minimum of three (3) business days, but it may take longer at the beginning of the semester.  The sooner you submit your request, the more likely the material(s) will be processed and available. For your convenience, the “Instructor Reserve Form” may be printed from our webpage: http://exlibris.memphis.edu/service/fac_reserve.html

Please complete the form and bring it with the items you'd like to put on Reserve.

If there are any questions or concerns, please contact me at 678-3483.  Thank you.
