Subject: Call for Proposal - Innovation to Excellence in Learning (IEL) TAF Grant

The university continues to remain committed to excellence in teaching and learning and with continued support from both the offices of the Provost and the CIO, the Advanced Learning Center is happy to announce this year's Innovation to Excellence in Learning (IEL) Grant Call for Proposals .

This grant and others are made possible by the Technology Access Fees (TAF). These funds have been used for a number of years to stimulate technology in learning and have been very successful in stimulating positive changes for students in the classroom.

IEL was designed to create funding opportunities for large scale enhancement of curriculum across an entire academic unit. These project redesigns can take anywhere from 12-18 months to complete.

We encourage you to consider submitting a proposal for this very exciting opportunity to enhance your program.  Full information about the IEL Grant Program and the Call for Proposal document, which includes current guidelines, can be accessed from: http://alc.memphis.edu/TAF_Grants.htm

Proposals need to be submitted by March 26, 2007 by 4:30pm.
