- Organization charts with employee names and titles
- Number of tenured, tenure-track faculty by classification.
- Number of one-year instructors (3-year history).
- Number of clinical faculty (3-year history).
- Number of part-time and adjunct faculty (3-year history).
- Number of graduate assistants (3-year history). (Please breakout TA's from RA's if possible.)
- Number and configuration of staff members (3-year history).
- Accreditation and/or Self-Study Reports.
- Budget Information
- Operating Budget
- Graduate Assistants' Budget
- Teaching
- Departmental teaching load criteria.
- Annual credit hour production.
- Number of majors (five-year history). Please use the fall numbers for the past five years, beginning with the current academic year.
- Number that graduate in major (five-year history). Please provide information for AY 1996-97 through AY 2000-2001.
- Number of graduate students (Masters and Ph.D.) Please provide information for AY 1996-97 through AY 2000-2001.
- Interdisciplinary interests.
- Evaluations of student success (e.g. job placements, earned advanced degrees, etc.)
