If any of these forms do not print correctly on either one or two pages (when appropriate), go to the Page Setup box under the File menu of your internet browser and change your page margins to the following specifications:
REMINDER: Most of the Graduate School Forms will ask for a Banner ID number. When you log into SSB Banner on the Spectrum Portal "Student Tab", the U-number is in the top right-hand corner on most of the pages you will navigate.
