DIPLOMA MAILING CARD

In order to insure that masters, specialists, and doctoral degree diplomas and graduate certificates are mailed to the proper address, all candidates MUST complete the following form. Please list the address you would like your diploma or certificate to be mailed.

Mailing will be approximately 6-10 weeks AFTER commencement.

NOTE: For students who currently live on Brister, Minor, Mynders, Patterson, Southern east of Highland, and Walker, you must pick up your diploma(s) directly from the Commencement Office (5th Floor, Wilder Tower) unless you otherwise specify a different mailing address.
