The Office of Curriculum Planning coordinates the activities related to the University of Memphis curriculum processes. These activities include curricular and academic program revisions. Curriculum Planning revises the Undergraduate Catalog, Curricular Procedures Handbook, coordinates the approvals of Special Topics courses, and oversees Academic Common Market requests and activities for the University of Memphis.

The web version of the Undergradute Catalog is updated every academic year or when new programs or revisions are approved. 
Tennessee Board of Regents 
Academic Policies, Guidelines and Formats
Guidelines and forms are used when proposing new academic departments, majors, or concentrations or when revising existing programs.

Academic Policies
Policy guidelines that govern the approval process for new and existing academic programs.
Curricular Forms
Forms are used for all New Courses, Course Revisions, Special Topics, and Course Syllabi

Academic Common Market
The purpose of Academic Common Market is to share between states specified academic degree programs located at southern public colleges and universities.
Curricular Procedures Handbook
The Curricular Procedures Handbook is a source for procedures, documents, and formats used in the preparation of curricular requests.
